Aidin makes care transition magic.

Press release

Tri-City Medical Center, a market leader in patient safety and quality has selected Aidin to transform patient transitions, increase patient satisfaction and improve post acute care outcomes.

Using Aidin, Tri-City will create a marketplace for post acute providers in Southern California to openly compete for patient selection based on quality and satisfaction.

Kapua Conely, Tri-City Medical Center’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are excited to use Aidin to better support our patients as they transition from our hospital. Having this level of post acute performance transparency will help us and our post acute partners collaborate to improve patients outcomes.”
