The Aidin Awards at UCLA Health

The Aidin Awards are an evening awards ceremony celebrating UCLA Health’s commitment to high quality community care providers.

In 2017, the Aidin Awards will recognize Skilled Nursing Facilities who consistently provide high quality and high patient satisfaction service to UCLA Health patients.

Speakers and attendees include:

  • Dr. Eric Coleman, MacArthur Foundation Genius Award winner and patient transitions expert
  • UCLA System Director of Case Management Dr. Marcia Colone
  • UCLA Chief Nursing Officer Karen Grimley
  • Executives from UCLA’s top volume community care partners

The evening ceremony will feature:

  • Speeches from keynote Dr. Eric Coleman, Dr. Marcia Colone and Karen Grimley
  • Presentation of 3 Aidin Awards to top performing Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Announcement of the winners of the Aidin Grant, a $5,000 Quality Improvement Grant administered by UCLA to support quality improvement programs

The private ceremony will take place at 5pm on March 21, 2017 at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, CA.
