Client Support and Operations Intern

New York, NY - Full Time

As our client base continues to grow we are looking for a highly organized and efficient Operations Intern to support new implementations, manage our daily client support requests and provide input on building strong administrative systems. This is a short term/summer opportunity with a small stipend offered.

Key Responsibilities are to:

  • Ensure that all clients have the best interaction with the Aidin Support Team and are left completely satisfied.
  • Design and create prep materials for all new implementations
  • Support and manage operational tasks throughout new client implementations
  • Assist with developing systems that streamline concurrent implementations
  • Complete weekly outgoing calls
  • Bring enthusiasm to all new ideas, offer input and execute quickly

Skills & Experience:

The best candidate for this position is passionate about healthcare, interested in client interactions, managing logistics, building systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be most successful in this position if you possess the following:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and web-based productivity tools
  • Ability to multi-task and excels with time-sensitive requests
  • Self-manager who can ask for help and produce results
  • Interested in helping people solve problems
  • Strong Administrative skills (phone, email, e-fax, etc.)
  • Deep interest in healthcare
