About The Opportunity

Aidin is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Implementation team within Client Operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering value and providing solutions that drive efficiency in healthcare and improve the lives of case managers, and in turn, the patients they serve.

The Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing Aidin’s system-wide implementations, defining goals in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, and tracking progress towards those goals.  This highly collaborative role works closely with leadership, end-users, and functional and technical team members, to ensure the health system and post acute partners can maximize the value of Aidin solutions.

The role will report into the Director of Implementation on the Client Operations team.

What you will do…

  • Own the development and execution of implementation project plans in partnership with account team members and key client contacts, including case management leadership, client project managers, IT, and other key project stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Aidin implementations and staff training, managing day-to-day operational aspects of each project.
  • Set and manage large, complex health system expectations through defined objectives, effective communication, and delivery of results.
  • Review and support internal team members in effective communication to external parties to ensure tasks and objectives are clear, timelines are transparent, and progress is made.
  • Demonstrate exceptional depth of knowledge of Aidin solutions to help clients begin to optimize its use to drive process efficiency.
  • Produce and distribute weekly and monthly status reports, inclusive of timeline, key issues and risks, including applicable KPIs, metrics, and trending.
  • Document and proactively mitigate risks associated with timely project completion. Work cross-functionally with account team members and external stakeholders to overcome project hurdles.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on the delivery model to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and collaboration.
  • Develop new implementation methodology where needed
  • Continuously improve and refine project management and training materials to drive client adoption of Aidin
  • Ensure communication clarity with all project stakeholders and account for common challenges faced in previous projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% when needed.

Due to the cyclical nature of Aidin client care and implementations, each team flexes to support the other as demands shift. We are one team all working together for the good of our clients.
