Sales and Marketing Director

Flexible / Full-Time

The Sales and Marketing Director will be fully responsible for growing Aidin’s presence with health systems across the country. The Sales and Marketing Director will develop and review marketing and sales content, build a list of prospective partners, and plan and execute a process to engage health systems. This role is responsible for establishing Aidin’s general market presence, identifying new opportunities, holding presentations, negotiating contracts through signing, and handing off to our implementation team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by developing, managing, selling, and growing a base of enterprise health system accounts
  • Update and upgrade sales and marketing collateral
  • Prospect for potential customers and cultivate existing customer relationships
  • Build and run ongoing processes/campaigns to cultivate the sales funnel
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of consumer needs, key trends, and competitive landscape
  • Understand customer growth goals, strategies & initiatives, and establish Aidin as the best in class care transition solution
  • Effectively align Aidin with customer goals and objectives and develop a compelling value proposition
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Provide feedback to the company regarding potential customer feedback
  • Travel required to meet with customers and prospects

 

The ideal candidate for this role has:

  • Experienced sales and marketing professional with 5+ years of selling enterprise healthcare technology solutions to hospitals and health systems
  • Passion for creating content and executing sales systems and processes
  • Demonstrated skills developing relationships with and selling to the C-Suite including CFOs, CEOs, COOs and/or CIOs alongside the respective VP and Director level decision makers
  • Strong industry working relationships and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and decision-making process
  • Experience working to establish a credible presence with prospects and customers; client facing, gathering feedback from the market and articulating the product vision
  • Demonstrated ability to hit, sustain and exceed goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings in client and prospect meetings
  • Willing to try new ideas and comfortable as things change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovative technology and positively impacting patient outcomes.

Client Support and Operations Intern

New York, NY / Full Time

As our client base continues to grow we are looking for a highly organized and efficient Operations Intern to support new implementations, manage our daily client support requests and provide input on building strong administrative systems. This is a short term/summer opportunity with a small stipend offered.

Key Responsibilities are to:
• Ensure that all clients have the best interaction with the Aidin Support Team and are left completely satisfied.
• Design and create prep materials for all new implementations
• Support and manage operational tasks throughout new client implementations
• Assist with developing systems that streamline concurrent implementations
• Complete weekly outgoing calls
• Bring enthusiasm to all new ideas, offer input and execute quickly

Skills & Experience:

Inside Sales Specialist

Flexible / Full-time

The Inside Sales Specialist at Aidin will serve as an integral component to the identification and realization of new growth opportunities across the company. As the inside sales specialist and founding team member, you will be responsible for executing via inbound and outbound calls as well as creating innovative new programs to maximize leads. You will work with the Sales Director and the company founders to ensure these programs are executed successfully and develop improvements through a data driven approach. Ultimately it will be your job to grow the pipeline of interested clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales requests, prioritize and summarize for regional account leaders
  • Prospect potential customers through targeted outreach via email and phone
  • Collect and summarize relevant information in interactions with customers to help the entire sales team refine Aidin’s message, value and go to market strategy
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual operational sales objectives
  • Participate in all product, sales, and process trainings to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Pipedrive CRM.

 

Requirements: 

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment (preferably health or tech)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Pipedrive, and marketing automation software a plus (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done
  • Analytical

Software Engineer

We’re seeking engineers who have experience building and maintaining high-quality Ruby on Rails applications and have excellent knowledge of Ruby, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Unix, deployment, performance, debugging, refactoring, design patterns, and other programming practices and tools.

Comparable programming languages and frameworks are regarded equivalently. Experience with front-end frameworks and server-side JavaScript is a plus. Knowledge of object-oriented design (or functional programming) is also a huge plus.
