About The Opportunity

Aidin is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support initiatives across our Client Success, Marketing, and Product teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering value and providing solutions that drive efficiency in healthcare and improve the lives of both case managers and the patients they serve.

The Business Analyst position will advance the existing Client Success model to gather, analyze and compile customer data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business actions. This includes, but is not limited to, optimizing client usage of Aidin solutions, and promoting holistic value that is tightly aligned with the strategic priorities of both our clients and our organization.

The role will report into the SVP of Client Relations.

What you will do…

  • Gather business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources to understand and monitor current and potential customers. Use data mining tools to collect data for further research and analysis.
  • Using statistical techniques, compile and analyze business intelligence trends to support and communicate actionable recommendations. Use business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.
  • Create scalable analyses and templates to equip and enable Client Success, Marketing, and Product organizations as Aidin grows. Automate data mining and reporting capabilities to improve workflow efficiency for teams
  • Own client data reporting processes and insight generation to optimize Aidin’s impact on case management workflows and drive efficient PAC transitions.
  • Work cross functionally with client operations, product development, marketing and sales to provide insights on productivity, product feature impact, user patterns and flows and company growth opportunities including developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
  • Summarize application and user behavior data reports for review by client, product, sales and operations teams.
  • Analyze internal and external market data to deliver strategic and focused results to clients. Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends. Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
  • Partner cross functionally and with leadership team members to support assessment of tools and resources needed to scale analytics capabilities across the operations organization.
  • Operate creatively with a high degree of autonomy, reporting regularly to internal and external stakeholders on progress against value-focused initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer,  Information Science, or similar required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven healthcare working experience (4-5 years) as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and expertise with reporting packages and databases (Tableau, QuickSight, Mode, Google Analytics, Hubspot, mySQL, SQL, and similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Skilled in capturing business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations for clients
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated with a tolerance for ambiguity – able to manage multiple priorities
  • Curious & analytical by nature with comfort converting data into insights for clients
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; extremely organized with great attention to detail
  • Passion for improving the health of communities and enhancing the performance of our clients
