Customer Executive Partner

Remote (US) - Full Time

Aidin is looking for an Executive Partner to join the Client Success team – a team member who is passionate about delivering value and providing solutions that improve the lives of case managers, and in turn, the patients they serve.

The Executive Partner will build upon the existing Client Success model to own client executive relationships, drive holistic value that is tightly aligned with the client’s strategic priorities, and help retain and grow long term relationships.

The role will report into the Vice President of Client Operations.

What you will do…

  • Own value creation for an assigned book of hospitals and health systems; measured through (1) Client Retention, (2) Revenue Growth, & (3) Client Success KPIs.
  • Understand clients’ strategic priorities and business needs, in order to proactively identify opportunities to support clients’ needs through Aidin solutions.
  • Supervise end-to-end service delivery and ensure all contractual commitments are met.
  • Work with the customer to amend and approve changes as necessary.
  • Serve as a customer partner and advisor, helping our clients achieve their goals through insight generation, advising, and continuous improvement.
  • Create scalable deliverables, artifacts, methodologies, and playbooks to support optimal service delivery to our most strategic partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Support, Product, Sales, Implementation and Operations team members to create a unified and optimal client experience.
  • Analyze internal and external market data to deliver strategic and focused results to clients.
  • Build relationships and regularly engage with client senior leaders, employing a professional, consultative, and data-driven approach.
  • Operate creatively with a high degree of autonomy, reporting regularly to internal and external stakeholders on progress against value-focused initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in a similar customer success, consulting, relationship sales, or account management role
  • Demonstrated success providing client consultation to senior-level executives
  • Successfully achieved revenue retention and growth targets
  • Background in healthcare technology highly preferred
  • Experience delivering in fast paced, high-growth working environments
  • Love building relationships with clients, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic client relationships
  • Work easily within environments of high ambiguity and rapid change with a passion for problem solving.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated – able to manage multiple priorities
  • Curious & analytical by nature, with comfort converting data into insights for clients
  • Exceptional communicator both in written and verbal contexts, demonstrating poise and executive presence.
  • Passion for improving healthcare and post-acute transition processes and enhancing the performance of our clients
