About The Opportunity

As the Director of Implementation at Aidin, you will be responsible for leading Aidin’s implementation and training functions with the goal of ensuring clients have a cohesive, high-quality onboarding experience onto Aidin solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative leader with experience designing and leading diverse teams through client implementations requiring change management.  This person is passionate about tackling complex problems in healthcare and is excited by the ambiguity and opportunity that comes with working in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company.

The role will report into the VP of Client Relations.

What you will do

  • Directly manage project management and training team members responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Aidin’s innovative post-acute transition solutions.
  • Recruit, hire, and train Aidin’s Client services team responsible for implementing Aidin solutions at hospitals and health systems across the U.S.
  • Support Client Services team members in skill development and career growth.
  • Assess the current state of provider post-acute processes and network strategy and determine an implementation approach that meets the client where they are while driving change in the organization.
  • Engage with prospective clients to outline implementation approaches and best practices.
  • Formalize Aidin’s implementation approach by developing training guides, toolkits, templates, and best practice resources to drive optimal Aidin adoption across health systems of all sizes.
  • Partner with the VP of Operations and other team members to determine tools and resources needed to support execution of Aidin implementations.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to all Aidin implementations to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and at a high quality.
  • Travel up to 40% to support client implementations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading implementations in healthcare technology or similar healthcare fields.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives at large hospitals/health systems with success.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work easily within environments of high ambiguity and rapid change with a passion for problem solving.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated – able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Poise and executive presence.
  • Passion for improving healthcare and post-acute transition processes and enhancing the performance of our clients.
